Herbert C. Colyer

Chairman of Board

Mr. Colyer has served on the Board of Directors since March of 1975, and has served as Chairman of the Board since 2002.  Mr. Colyer was the bank’s President and Chief Executive Officer, prior to his retirement on December 31, 2001.

Richard A. Wright

Vice Chairman of Board

Mr. Wright has served on the Board of Directors since 1969.  He has served as Vice Chairman of Board since 1998.

Jill G. Schafhauser

Director

Mrs. Schafhauser has served on the Board of Directors since 1998.  Mrs. Schafhauser is also the bank’s President and Chief Executive Officer.

Daniel T. Crowley

Director

Mr. Crowley has served on the Board of Directors since 2001.  Mr. Crowley is also the bank’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

John T. Groendyke

Director

Mr. Groendyke has served on the Board of Directors since October 2006.  Mr. Groendyke is the owner of Groendyke Associates in Califon, NJ.

Lawrence J. Barisonek

Director

Mr. Barisonek has served on the Board of Directors since January 2007.  Mr. Barisonek served as the bank’s General Counsel from 1996 through 2006.

William E. Fredericks, CPA

Director

Mr. Fredericks has served on the Board of Directors since February 2008.  Mr. Fredericks is a retired partner of Deloitte.

James H. Robinson

Director

Mr. Robinson has served on the Board of Directors since June 2008. Mr. Robinson is the Public Affairs Manager for EMBARQ in Clinton, NJ.
