Roselle, NJ -- Roselle Savings Bank, which has served central and northern New Jersey for nearly 130 years, has announced three executive hires. The new team members are part of an overall push toward the bank’s newly launched suite of expanded business banking. The new commercial banking products include a streamlined interest and non-interest-bearing checking services for businesses, as well as checking accounts geared specifically to small businesses. Also offered is a special money market product to help businesses optimize excess funds.
The additions to the Roselle Savings Bank team are:
Vincent Bagarozza has been named Senior Vice President & Chief Lending Officer. A leader with a 40-year record of commercial banking excellence, Mr. Bagarozza is responsible for the start-up of the bank’s commercial lending function. Prior to joining the bank, he was Senior VP and Chief Lending Officer with Indus American Bank of Edison, NJ, as well as with Union Center Bank. He has a B.S. in Finance from St. Frances College in New York.
Brian McMahon has joined Roselle Savings Bank as Senior Vice President & Information Technology Officer. Before joining Roselle Savings Bank, Mr. McMahon was Senior VP & Information Technology Officer at three banks: Indus American Bank, Community First Bank in Somerset and New Millennium Bank in New Brunswick. For Roselle, he is responsible for integrating new products and services, providing guidance to the deposit and loan operations departments, as well as overseeing vendor management, business continuity and cybersecurity programs. In addition, he will oversee the Information Technology Department and maintain the corporate network and infrastructure. Mr. McMahon has a B.S. in computer information systems from Bryant College in Rhode Island.
As the bank’s new Business Development Officer, Jeffrey Schneider is responsible for generating new business. Mr. Schneider has more than 30 years of business development and banking experience, having most recently served as VP, Business Development Officer for Two River Community Bank. He has a B.A. from Fairfield University in Connecticut.
In addition to the extended set of business banking products, the new bank team members also will play a role as Roselle Savings Bank updates and expands its headquarters and adjacent branch at 235 Chestnut Street in Roselle. Enhancements will include a branch redesign and, at the headquarters building directly across the street, ATM and customer drive-thru services.
